Online Orders - Secure Online Order Form

Online orders are assigned an ID number, allowing you to easily track your hat order.
All U.S. Orders (excluding P.R., HI, AK & APO) are shipped via UPS or FedEx or USPS, the 1st or 2nd Business Day (M-F) following the Order Receipt Day.

Mail Orders - Mail Order Form

Print, complete and mail your completed Order Form and payment to: Miller Hats, 6825 Theall Lane, Suite B, Houston, Tx 77066.
Include your telephone number on the Order Form in case we need to contact you concerning your order, and include an email address (optional) if possible. Money orders must be in US currency and made payable to: Miller Hats.
